At StudioMieks we use PostNL to send the orders. Orders are packed as letterbox packages and when you complete the order before 12:00, it will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise indicated).
The delivery time is 2-3 working days, unless stated or communicated otherwise.

The price of shipping within the Netherlands is as follows:
- € 1.00 for orders <20 grams and without track & trace
- € 4.00 for orders up to 2 kg and with track & trace
Shipping is free with track & trace when you spend € 30.00 or more.

The price of shipping within Europe is as following:
- € 13.00 for orders up to 2 kg and with track & trace
Shipping is free with track & trace when you spend € 50.00 or more.

Return
Of course it is possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
In that case, you can contact us in the chat so that we can work out what the next step will be. All jewelry, with the exception of the earrings, can be returned.
Earrings can not be returned for hygienic reasons.
